What are the benefits of creating an account?

By creating an account on MendBlends.com, you will be able to keep record of all your purchases, billing, and order tracking information. You can also store multiple shipping addresses to expedite the check-out process. If you choose to receive emails (which we highly suggest!), you will also be the first to know about new products, promotions and all things MEND!

How long can I keep a product once I have opened it? 

The PAO, or Period After Opening, is 24 months for our products. Our products have a 2-year expiration date from the date of manufacture and a 6-month period of use, once opened within this 2-year date. MEND does not use any harmful or controversial preservatives, often used to extend the shelf life of cosmetic products. 

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend that you consult your doctor, who is best qualified to inform you.

Can I use MEND's products on my children?

As a precaution, we prefer not to recommend that MEND products be used on children.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes, MEND sources packaging that is environmentally friendly, sustainable and recyclable.

What are the charges for shipping and handling? 

United States

• Standard Domestic Shipping in the Contiguous USA: FREE shipping for orders in the amount of USD $50.00 or more.
• Standard Domestic Shipping to the Contiguous USA for orders less than USD $50.00 is USD $4.90.
• Expedited Domestic Shipping to the Contiguous USA for orders less than USD $50.00 is USD $6.90.

How do I make a return?

You are welcome to return any unwanted products, unopened and within 30 days of receipt. Please send the products back to the following address:

Please include the products you wish to return, your name and your order number in the package. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of package being received by us. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. MEND is not responsible for lost packages.
